New agents join Coastal Real Estate Group

Recently established, the Coastal Real Estate Group, has been formed as a full-service real estate company. Principals, Roy Hill and Ellie Titus describe the company as specializing in development and marketing condominium communities from "Concept to Completion", the sale and development of coastal properties, residential, investment and commercial offerings.

Catherine Harrison Davis/ Realtor

Catherine Harrison is the kind of real estate professional whose passion, knowledge, and understanding of the southern coast is based on an entire life spent exploring this area. As a true native of the Low Country, Catherine grew up with a deep appreciation of both the architecture in Savannah and the unique waterways surrounding the barrier islands that make this part of the country a special place to live.

Before her career in real estate, Catherine was a fishing guide in the Alaska Wilderness and the owner and manager of Oak Bluff Outfitters. Through the combination of her retail, travel, and real estate experience she has established countless relationships within the Savannah and Coastal South Carolina communities that continue to prove invaluable to her clients.

Linda Bray / Marketing Director-Realtor

With over 15 years in corporate sales/marketing and 5 years in Real Estate Marketing in Savannah, Linda's talents lend themselves very well to the buying and selling of property for CRG clientele.

She previously worked as head of Marketing/Client Relations for Hammet & Claire, an award-winning PR/Marketing firm located on Hilton Head Island as well as as Marketing Director for Cora Bett Thomas Realty.

Linda Evans

An agent in CRG's Savannah office, Linda currently serves as the Traveling & Exhibition Coordinator for The Walter O. Evans Collection, a well-regarded historic and comprehensive collection of African American fine art which has traveled to museums throughout the U.S.

She and husband Walter have formed the West Broad Development Company, LLC which is actively involved in award-winning development and rehabilitation projects in the Martin Luther King/Montgomery Street Corridor in Savannah. Linda is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia.

Richard Johns

Currently the agent in CRG's Darien office, Richard brings to the company experience in home building on remote barrier islands as well as historic home restoration. Richard has a unique depth of understanding of waterfront and historic properties along the Georgia coast. One of CRG's waterfront experts, Richard's knowledge of dock and bulkhead permitting issues is unparalleled and he often makes many of his property viewings by boat.

The Coastal Real Estate Group, LLC proudly announces that it will be the exclusive marketer for Architectural Building Systems, Inc. (ABS) homes. ABS is a design/build division of Hall & Hull Architects, an award-winning, highly published and respected full service architecture firm with more than 30 years experience serving high-end clients in and around Hilton Head Island, SC.

ABS homes are "Off Site Built" wherein the building techniques are very similar to those used for "Site Built" construction with the exception that it is built in a controlled environment which is off site. ABS designs have been described as "Brand-Old Architecture", having the character and ambience of houses possessing "the charm of an old house, but everything works."
