Mopper-Stapen team takes part in condominium class

Jamie Lyons, a partner at Weissman, Nowack, Curry and Wilco, an Atlanta law firm which helped write the Condominium Act for the State of Georgia, review the basic tenets of condominium law, highlighted the laws regarding Fair Housing and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and reviewed the process of forming and operating condominiums and homeowners associations.
Twenty of Savannah's top producing sales associates at Mopper-Stapen, Realtors, took advantage of an exclusive Mopper-Stapen day-long condominium class.

Jamie Lyons, a partner at Weissman, Nowack, Curry and Wilco, an Atlanta law firm which helped write the Condominium Act for the State of Georgia, review the basic tenets of condominium law, highlighted the laws regarding Fair Housing and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and reviewed the process of forming and operating condominiums and homeowners associations.

For years, Mopper-Stapen, Realtors has dominated the condominium market in Savannah, and now with the burgeoning "loft" market,

Mopper-Stapen wants to assure that its associates have all the latest information to maintain their role in the condominium market.

The presentation by Ms. Lyons gave the Mopper-Stapen team the facts and practical applications to provide the expertise necessary fro buying, selling and developing condominiums in Savannah.

In the near future, Ms. Lyons will return to offer Mopper-Stapen another day-long class specifically addressing conversion condominiums, a specialty at Mopper-Stapen Realtors.
