Landmark 24 will present Danny Mimms with a gift certificate as a reward for closing on a new home in one of Landmark 24ıs master-planned communities.
Mimms is the first real-estate agent awarded by Landmark 24ıs New Home Sellerıs Club.
The New Home Sellerıs Club was developed by Landmark 24 as a way to thank agents for bringing clients into a Landmark 24 master-planned community. If an agent closes a home built by Hallmark Custom Homes or Jerry C. Wardlaw Construction (JCW) in one of Landmark 24ıs communities, a gift certificate is given to that closing agent as a token of Landmark 24ıs appreciation.
As the number of new homes sold by an agent in Landmark 24ıs communities increases, so do the rewards. If an agent sells ten Hallmark and/or JCW homes in a Landmark 24 development within the specified award year, they can choose between $10,000 or a one-year lease on a Mercedes.
